Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction & Definitions
This consolidated document (the ‘Agreement’) governs the access to and use of the platform known as ‘The Inner Shift’ (the ‘Platform’), operated by The Inner Shift, a proprietorship registered in India, with its registered office in Mumbai (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Inner Shift’, ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’). The Platform serves as an online intermediary enabling Users to connect with Coaches for wellness, spiritual, lifestyle, and personal development sessions (collectively the ‘Services’).
Definitions:
– ‘User(s)’ refers to any person accessing or using the Platform, including Learners and Coaches.
– ‘Learner(s)’ means Users who book or attend sessions, courses, or offerings.
– ‘Coach(es)’ means independent professionals who provide content, advice, coaching, sessions, or courses through the Platform.
– ‘Content’ refers to all materials, information, and data, whether audio, video, written, or otherwise, made available by Coaches or Users through the Platform.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by User: Learners may cancel bookings by notifying The Inner Shift at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session. Eligible refunds will be processed as per Company discretion. Failure to cancel within this period, or absence from the session (a ‘No-Show’), shall result in forfeiture of fees.
3.2 Cancellation by Company: If The Inner Shift cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, Users will be entitled to a full refund via the original mode of payment.
3.3 Technical Issues: Users must immediately report technical issues. Refunds or rescheduling shall be at Company discretion.
3.4 Third-Party Payments: Payments made directly to third-party service providers are non-refundable, and The Inner Shift bears no liability for such transactions.
3.5 Refund Timelines: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
3.6 Discretion: The decision of The Inner Shift in refund matters shall be final and binding.
The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .
